Training & Certification

As a registered training centre for the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC), we offer training for restaurant industry staff at all levels. Additionally, through our parent organisation RSA, we provide IOSH training courses. If you have specific training needs, contact us, and we'll tailor a solution for you.

BIOSCANNING Hygiene monitoring

BIOSCANNING is a cutting-edge monitoring system that detects bacteria and food residues on any kitchen surface. It ensures your cleaning methods are effective, maintaining a safe environment. Our BIOSCANNING service includes:

  • Regular visits (usually 3-4 times per year)
  • Equipment swabs - of chopping boards, knives, handles etc
  • Results available within seconds
  • Advice and guidance on achieving targets
  • Report left on site for immediate action by manager
  • Written report within 14 days for files
