In House
Unit 6 Blotts Barn, Brooks Road, Raunds, Wellingborough, Northants NN9 6NS.
Hygiene and safety cannot be ignored in a food business, and are especially important in a hospital, where patients may be more at risk of food poisoning. Whether you are an ‘in house’ catering operation, or part of an existing contract caterer, In House can provide a range of services to help you.
Established in 1993, In House has experience of working with a huge range of food businesses, and we provide tailored solutions to the issues which you face. We have been monitoring some of our hospital customers’ kitchens since 1998, and understand the issues which you face, whether you are an acute or mental health Trust.
If your hospital provides a food service, you will have to comply with stringent food hygiene regulations. Poor food hygiene carries a heavy cost for hospitals– in terms of health, staff and reputation. So how can you be sure your food handling practices and procedures are up to scratch?
In House has a range of services to help you get them right, either by helping you set up your procedures from the start, or by checking that what you are currently doing is correct.
We can:
Throughout your service period we’re always on hand to answer any question about food safety or hygiene. Whether you have a minor query or a major crisis, we’re only a phone call or email away.

Can’t find exactly what you’re looking for, just give us a call and we’ll see what we can do.
